Where to buy Skycoin
#1
Information
At the time of this post, skycoin (SKY) can be bought on five exchanges or via the Skycoin OTC website. In order to buy SKY, you first need to register on a local exchange to convert your Fiat currency (Dollars, Euros, Pounds, RANDs, etc.) to Bitcoin. You then transfer that amount of bitcoin to one of the exchanges below, or the OTC website, and use it to purchase skycoins. See the "How to Buy Bitcoin" thread for more info on converting Fiat to Bitcoin

It's the same at Cryptopia for now... the good news is those fractions of a coin are valuable for trading - demand is high...

Is anyone having any luck actually withdrawing from cryptopia or is it all just getting stuck? A friend and I have had coins stuck in there for some time now. They are just in "processing" and yes I have clicked the confirmation email. Thanks!

I've used both exchanges and I can vouch for both but everyone should use Cryptopia since the volume on there is the highest.

Yeah, I have some that I got on cryptopia and the only draw back is not being able to transfer the decimal places and only being able to transfer whole numbers. I have submitted a ticket to them to fix the issue and I encourage everyone else is doing the same : ] It would definitely help in the overall experience for the influx of new users.
